Arsenal v. Liverpool, Emirates Stadium, London Arsenal v. Hamburg, Emirates Stadium, London
Nov 15

This post is now officially the most visited of my blog, with an average of 15 visits per day, click here to get a full scale version of the chart below. Using this chart, you can have a rough idea where you seat is on any game. Or check the club’s official page here.

I am starting to discover where the best seats are.
I have come to realise that if you seat above row 23 in the Lower Tier, you tend to be “under the roof” too much, also sitting above row 12 in the Upper Tier, takes you quite high.
The away supporters generally seat in Blocks 20, 21 & 22 (league games) and sometimes even take from Block 20 till 26 (FA Cup games).
If you seat in the Lower Tier from Blocks 2 to 15 (front rows), you should have a good glimpse of the Arsenal team training before games… and that is generally the side of the pitch towards which the home team attack in the second half.

For more information on where the best seats are, and what kind of view you get from them, check this link… In recent games, I have taken pictures from where I was seated, and indicated the location of my seat (including some comments). Also check the recently updated Tag Cloud in the right sidebar. Also if you check the club’s model view of where you will be seated here, you will be able to get an idea of your view of the game from your seat.

I sure am glad you’re a gooner. As another Cambridge Gooner I have to give a slight correction on your row 20 assertion that it is ‘under the roof’ too much. My son and I have season tickets in row 21 (Red Action Block 5) and I can safely say that the ‘roof’ is above row 23. We very carefully chose our seats to be away from the roof. Indeed so satisfied are we with our seats that we are renewing the same seats next season.
Oh by the way I love your pictures and avidly look for new ‘Arsenal’ ones. It’s a shame you say the Fulham game was your last of the season. Keep it up Next year. I will be looking.

  2. Jean-Luc says:

    Hi Mick
Thanks for your comments. I have corrected my comment about the “roof” :)
Fulham was indeed my last game, as I’m shooting a wedding on Sunday and will send a (very happy) friend to the game. He will be seating in block 105. About taking photos at games, this is a cruel dilemma, cause i rarely forget my camera when going to games, and when i shoot i do not often watch properly. Oh, and I have just realised i need to attend a christening in France during the Emirates Cup weekend in July (28-29th).
Hopefully next season we’ll be cheering on Eto’o & Ribéry together !

  25. Tore says:

Are row 5 or 6 at block 67 at Club Level any good? Anyone who’s been there? I see it’s in the corner, and usually I’m skeptic to corner seats, but there’s supposed to be a good view at Emirates anyway.

    Anyone who knows?

  26. Jean-Luc says:

I will be seating in block 65 row 2 on Sunday, and it will be my first time @ Club Level… so no idea mate.

  27. Tore says:

Ah. How was your view? Did you get a good glimpse of the players at the opposite goal, or was it like good old Sensible Soccer? :-)

  28. Jean-Luc says:

    See my reply @ December 21st… :(

  29. Tore says:

Sorry, but I don’t see a post at Dec 21st :) The latest is from Dec 19th, and I presumed “that Sunday” was the Liverpool game..

  30. dylan says:

hi everyone i got tickets for italy vs brazil can any one tell if the seat number 20 for 8 people are good?

    thank you everyone

  31. Jean-Luc says:

Well, first this is not a forum and second, what do you mean by “seat number 20 for 8 people” ?

  32. Tore says:

Yeah, it’s an absolutely disgrace that overseas Arsenal fans wonder and asks about what seats they’ll get when they first put so much money in it and actually travels to a city and stadium English people can attend every week.
When you put that seating chart up, you’d expect to get some questions.

  33. Jean-Luc says:

The post is in the blog and yes it is the Liverpool game.

  34. marino says:

    hi guy
i’ve got 4 tickets for Italy/Brasil and was looking for a thought from some expert Emirate Stadium goer.

There wasn’t much left but do you think that area 22 and 23 row 8 are rubbish or not?

do you think it’s possible once there to check with other ppl if they want to swap seats to stay all 4 together or the stewards are very strict???

    thanx

    Marino

  35. claude says:

hey there i got a ticket to see the fulham home game on 28th feb … my seat is in upper tier row 22 in block 134 … is it very high or still alright for viewing the game.bet it’s good for photos which i’ll be taking… was in the block 19 for the first time i went there but way too much under the roof and didn’t get the feeling of seeing the stadium fully… i think i will then … just hope i’ll still see the game properly…

  36. Jean-Luc says:

From up there you should be able to see the game quite well, but not sure about taking photos, you will not be able to see the players faces very well. Maybe more general photos of the stadium, etc.

  37. Darren says:

I’m a Claret coming down for the FA Cup game. I’m in row 20 of Block 21, seats 642-645. Was just wondering what the view etc was like?

  38. Tom says:

    thanks

  39. Jean-Luc says:

    Hi there
Not really sure about that… I have never sat in block 110 before and if you sat there before you should have a bit of an idea.
I will be seating in block 31 myself… so a bit far away.

  40. cHRIS says:
