Having booked two nights in Square, Brighton over New Year thru Mr & Mrs Smith, I had the great surprise to be upgraded from a double King room, to the exclusive reverse penthouse suite. A lovely end of the year 2009, and beginning of the year 2010… Thanks again guys!

Coming back from the Bahamas to the US was a bit of a reality check for us, but all in all, the friendly staff, as well as the facilities of this hotel, made that we hardly left the place. The Standard, previously known as the Lido Spa Hotel, is as its old name indicates, also a spa. And what a spa! More pictures here.
