Spent this evening taking event & food photography pictures for the 8th Dingley Dell‘s Flying Visit at Tuddenham Mill in Suffolk. Incredibly talented chefs came to this event to cook a 5 course pork meal for 50 diners: Paul Foster from Tuddenham Mill, Mark Poynton from Alimentum, Matt Gillan from The Pass, Eric Snaith from Titchwell Manor & Ben Spalding. There was also a cooking school student helping! The evening was kick started by a foraging walk expertly delivered by forager John Rose from Botanica, and ended with an auction in favour of the Farm Africa charity.
