Mark Poynton, chef/owner of Alimentum restaurant in Cambridge, asked me to come round and capture the latest novelty in the restaurant, which is a window towards the kitchen so that diners can see the chefs at work. Brilliant idea! And as I was there, he cooked a few dishes for me to photograph…

Beatriz & Quintin got married on July 3rd 2011 at Sidney Sussex college in Cambridge and I had the pleasure of being their wedding photographer! A particularity of their wedding was that instead of presents they asked their friends to make donations to the Library Project in the Philippines. Now their wedding has been covered in their country’s Town & Country magazine.
